Dwight began his career in the Information Technology consulting space, working with numerous Fortune 100 companies in areas such as Human Resources, Benefits, and Payroll— always with a strong focus on employee success and financial well-being. Over time, his work naturally evolved beyond systems and processes to something deeper: helping people navigate important life and financial decisions with clarity and confidence.

As a graduate of the University of Southern California and a small business owner for over 25 years, Dwight combines formal education with real-world experience.
