ERC Prequalification Form

As a component of the Cares Act of 2020, the Employee Retention Credit (ERC) is a government-sponsored program, designed to provide refundable payroll tax credits for eligible businesses that experienced difficulties due to the COVID-19 pandemic (from March 13, 2020 thru September 30, 2021).

The ERC program, which now allows a business to participate in both ERC grants and the Paycheck Protection Program (PPP) - thanks to a Biden Administration amendment, has significant benefits for those businesses that qualify, with direct payments of up to $26,000 per W-2 employee. 

 

In order for us to quickly determine if your business can qualify, please provide the following information in the ERC Prequalification Form below:

IMPORTANT NOTES:

- The ERC is a grant, NOT A LOAN, so it does NOT have to be repaid!  

- The expiration dates for submitting ERC-based tax filings are rapidly approaching as

   follows - so DON'T DELAY!

    An eligible employer claiming a refundable credit for any quarter in 2020 must file IRS Form 941-X by April 15, 2024.

    An eligible employer claiming a refundable credit for any quarter in 2021 must file IRS Form 941-X by April 15, 2025.
